This Shipping Policy is designed to be comprehensive, ensuring you have complete clarity on our processes and expectations. We strive to deliver your plants in optimal condition, so you can enjoy them for years to come.

Shipping Destinations

We proudly offer shipping services to all 50 states within the United States. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are constantly reviewing our shipping capabilities and will update our policy if any changes occur regarding our shipping destinations.

Order Processing Time

Once an order is placed, our team meticulously prepares it for shipping. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days. This timeframe allows us to carefully inspect your plant, hydrate it appropriately, and package it securely. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will always keep you informed if there are any delays. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is received, and then another notification when it has shipped with a tracking number.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We utilize a combination of reputable shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery. The exact shipping method is determined by the size, weight, and destination of your order. Estimated delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors, including the size and weight of your plants, as well as the shipping destination. The total cost of shipping will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase. We always strive to offer competitive and transparent shipping rates, and we may occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Any changes to shipping costs will be updated on our website.

Packaging Process

We take great pride in our packaging process, as we understand the delicate nature of our products. Our rigorous packaging standards ensure that your plants arrive in optimal condition:

  1. Secure Potting: We carefully secure each plant’s pot to prevent shifting during transportation, minimizing soil spillage or plant disturbance.

  2. Protective Sleeves and Wrapping: Each plant is encased in a protective sleeve or bubble wrap to safeguard it from physical damage.

  3. Cushioning Materials: We use a variety of cushioning materials, such as packing peanuts, paper fill, and air pillows, to ensure a secure fit within the shipping box, which minimizes the risk of damage from shock or impact during transit.

  4. Climate Control Packaging: For plants shipped to areas with extreme temperatures, we may include heat packs during winter or cold packs during summer to regulate temperature within the box to ensure that our plants do not arrive in a compromised state.

  5. Clear Labeling: All packages are clearly labeled with handling instructions and warnings to alert the carrier to the fragile nature of the contents.

Shipping Damage and Lost Packages

While we put extreme care into our packaging process, there are occasional circumstances where packages may be damaged during transit, or be lost by the carrier. Here is our procedure for addressing these situations:

  1. Documentation of Damage: If your package arrives damaged, please document it immediately by taking clear photos of the damaged box and the damaged plant.

  2. Contact Us Immediately: Please contact our customer service team at info@futurehato.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged goods. Include the photos and your order number.

  3. Resolution: We will carefully assess the damage and work to reach a mutually agreeable solution, whether that is a replacement plant or a refund.

  4. Lost Package Assistance: In the event that your package is lost by the carrier, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can file a claim and work to resolve the issue.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor the progress of your shipment. If you experience issues with tracking or do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing the order, please contact our customer service team.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. FutureHato is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We recommend verifying your information during checkout to ensure accuracy. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
